Belland Construction in Willliamsburg, Iowa is a conscientious builder that puts you first. Tom and Blair Belland partnered with John Wick Homes and started Belland Construction in 1991. In the past 17 years we have built more than 100 homes in Williamsburg, Oxford, Amana, West Branch, Montezuma, Victor and rural Iowa county. Homesites are also avalible in the Western Knolls Subdivision located in Williamsburg, check out the homesites in the photo gallery. We also enjoy building outside of Williamsburg on your homesite. Chances are, we've even built a home for your friend or neighbor.
